Shipping / Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Most orders shipped within the U.S. will arrive within 2 to 3 business days. International shipments may take longer.  

Most orders received before 12 noon EST Monday-Friday ship out the same day, where we have all products in stock. In-stock orders received after 12 noon EST Monday-Friday will normally ship the next business day.  

Where products are ordered in advance of publication, we will ship them out to you as soon as the report is published. In such cases, we will post the expected publication date on the sales receipt (and our website).  

You will be notified by email when the order has shipped.  

Return/Refund Policy  

If you need to return or exchange an item, please call toll-free 888-749-0001. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery.  

30-day, no questions asked, money back guarantee less a 10% of purchase price re-stock/return charge. Shipping and handling charge is not refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping cost to return product.  

You must return all original materials to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in a partial refund.
